    The latch worked great. I installed it incorrectly the first time, but it was easy to correctly install it.

    I ordered this after asking my local repairman to fix it. He never showed up, so I looked on line and found this part for a reasonable price. I installed it myself and it works perfect. MH shipped it right away after I ordered and they emailed me a tracking number the same day!!
